I’ve been on holiday in an unknown and untrendy part of southern Italy and have concluded that the preferred daily driver is one of these three. But which one?
Battered Mk1 Fiat Panda (but miraculously rust free, because dry climate)
Cute new model Fiat 500
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Very ordinary Fiat Punto
But which one?
Answers on a postcard please

The description of the panda is so specific, I can't but think it's the answer, on the other hand though, I can't even remember the last time I saw one. My guess goes to the punto

I can’t send a Postcard without an address. I’m betting on a Punto that looks like the Panda!
If you run across a crazy Brit by the name of Robert “Bob” Stone tell him I said howdy!

Honestly, it could be any of the three......Italians drive like crazy people, so a “battered” cheap Panda would make sense, and, aside from rust, nothing can kill them.
The new 500 is very popular in Europe, so I imagine it’s very popular in Italy, but the Punto would be a bit more practical with 4-doors....

Ugh.. the Punto is dreadful. Even the drunken me knows how bland it is.

I went to a forested, hilly area and 4wd Pandas were everywhere.

And the answer is - the old Panda. They’re everywhere, like a rash.

Panda. They’re everywhere. The Punto and 500 less so.

Panda.

Is the right answer. They’re everywhere.

Over a decade ago, I read an interview with some Camorra “gentlemen”. They all wore tracksuits and drove old Pandas. “Can’t flash your wealth, or even 5-0 will know what you are really doing.”

Haha, but a good rash right....? That’s a thing, right? :P
